Just jumped back on the track again myself. I jump on just fine--it's keeping the track clear so I don't derail again that give me have a much shorter trip than I! I know you can do it :)

I've done this so many times before, but haven't committed fully in so, so long. Every time I track calories religiously, I have weight loss success. I use LS MyPlate because I'm used to it, but the forms over there are not nearly as fantastic as here since they overhauled the site. And so, hello, Spark People!

Anyway. I'm 5'1, 131.4 pounds as of this morning. Looking to get down to my goal weight of 120 by August. I've got a good 13 weeks to get there.

This marks the 7th day that I've tracked calories and stayed within LS's recommendations for losing 1 pound per week. It was a really hard week, so much effort to keep my portions down when all I wanted to do was hoover everything in sight.

I'm an accomplished home cook and I prepare most of my own meals (often work from home as well), so that part of the equation is not so difficult.I could definitely stand to exercise more, though -- daily walks with my dog and a weekly yoga class are not enough, I'm sure!

Anyway, I hope I'm not rambling here, and thank you in advance for your support as I do this one more time. 11.4 pounds to go.
