I feel a little dissapointed today. I didn't go to the gym and lift today. I'm still going on a walk but not jogging or lifting...I plan on going to lift tomorrow morning but I still feel down. I also ate pizza for dinner least I didn't drink soda today...

I'm not perfect, that's okay. It doesn't mean I can't achieve my goals.

Congratulations! Just keep following your plan, and the weight will come off - some of us lose slower than others, but you know you are doing the right things! Keep that spark burning!!!

Yesterday was my seventh day on the site. I weighed in to find that the scale has only dropped .5 lbs...and I DON'T CARE. I feel GREAT! I'm finally motivated to be healthy! It's been a dark couple of years but I'm back on track and sparkpeople is helping me so much....only's such a great site I spend too much time here.

I'm not perfect, that's okay. It doesn't mean I can't achieve my goals.
