Okay, so I really blew it yesterday at dinner, even though I thought I was only sneaking a little. My sugar was way up last evening. Well, it taught me to really be strict with myself. I just can't think that this one thing won't make a difference, because it does. I am starting again today to get on track, having learned from yesterday.
