One month in - lost 8oz this week. I was walking today and rang someone on my mobile atthe same time after about 15 minutes of walking. Woohoo moment - not even slightly breathless!! I've been walking up a storm lately and here's the result.

BTW - can't get the ticker to adjust. That's pounds lost there not kg's
