Water-think I did 8glasses! Didn't record after each one!! Def 7, poss 8!! Posting-did 2!! No personal exercise but taught 1aerobics class and 1zumba class and pushed myself as hard as clients!

Day 2-water drank, posting on board, didn't do exercise, chose not to get up early enough a d do tonight, then did ironing and watched tv-2 out of 3 not bad, tomorrow's gonna be 100% though!!
