Don't worry about it! The tracker is a tool - and the first thing it's going to show you is where you are TODAY. A year from now you'll be able to look back at all this info and realize how far you've come.

A small, inexpensive food scale can be a big help in accuracy, so is probably worthwhile. Keep using the tracker along with it and you'll soon have a much better sense of what you're consuming, what kind of nutrients you need more or less of, and how to achieve those goals.

Well first day of tracking food & exercise. I did terrible on the goals set for me on tracking my food, have to learn what to eat, etc. I think I will pick up a food scale to help. I really want to learn the correct way to eat & be healthy. Hope you all have a good evening.
