Yonne98, I'm sending a big hug your way. I too am suffering though some emotional problems right now. I have the same attitude. One day at a time. Sometimes I break it down smaller than that...one hour at a time.
Personally I have found exercise to be extremely helpful. I went for a long run the other day and my mood was elevated for about 20 hours. I hope you find the right outlet for your emotional stress.
