I recently started going to the community gym to get healthy and the workout is fine, but it does get pretty boring with the same machines that hardly work. I just thank God for those few machines that do work, and keep on steppin'. I am hoping that renting a workout video from the library and spending some time at home trying different versions of cardio or movement will help me get to the next level. Everyone puts down those first five pounds you lose because they think it is nothing, but those first five pounds are the first five steps to those last five steps or five pounds. Its a long journey, but I am looking forward to the destination. GOTTA KEEP MOVING!
