Get your spark points. This is how I learned all of the available information and fun on this site. It is a great way to navigate it and learn it, plus the added bonus of challenging yourself to get as many points as you can just lends to what you learn.

You are right DOGSHOETAT. Tracking daily and reading post and articles help. It makes you feel like you are not alone. There is someone else who is having the same problem you are having. It motivates me to post and read . I'm motivated by members success. I know if they can do it I can to.

Stay active--not just physically but on this site as well. Every time I've felt myself slipping it's because I stopped posting, reading the articles, and tracking as NIGHTSKYSTAR suggested. Even though in the grand scheme of things SparkPoints are meaningless watching those points ratchet up is quite motivating.

Track!!! Track your food and your exercise and water. You will be amazed. I remember when i first got a pedometer and thought i was walking soooo far..at the end of the day i smugly looked..just KNOWING i would have about 20 thousand steps. i had 2800. i was crushed but knew where THAT was going wrong!! same with the food..i thought i was well within my calorie range till i tracked EVERY bite..and found out all those "tasted" plus my regular food were close to 2000 cals a day!! if you already track, my next would be POST often and ask questions when you do!! Great topic....
