We are all trying our best but sometimes doing something different helps. My habits are invisible masters. I need to stay with new ways long enough to make them habits.
I forget so easily. emoticon

My new way is reporting one meal at a time.

BF 7 am - I ate a healthy mini meal for a mini me
Snack 10:30 am - I am satisfied with mini snacks
Lunch - 1 pm - I ate a healthy mini meal for a mini me
