Good day AFC:
I wish you the best of luck on your program. I tried the 2 shakes a day and 1 healthy meal and it did not work for me. I would do fine for 3 or 4 days and then I would be starving and eat everything in site. I did it for 3 months and lost 4 pounds. My sister did it and lost 30 and my mom lost 16 on it. It works for some just not me.

Welcome to SP.

I have lost 20 kg both through walking and eating less but also admitably through stress! I am 164 lbs and 5ft6 so not terribly overweight anymore but definitely larger then comfortable with. Also still in the overweight BMI catergory so want to get into the healthy range. Aiming to make a significant difference in 6 weeks. So want to take full advantage of the stress weight loss and really get motivated from here to be more conscious about the weight loss and also ensuring the good nutrients are going in. It is so easy to grab a roll filled with nutella and a coffee as a quick pick me up to keep me going instead of making time for actual meals. Been trying to drink smoothies and eat soup mostly so I feel full and can get a good amount of nutrients in. Looking to try and refine the actual calories total I am having daily to ensure for maximum results.
