If you click the ADD A GOAL option right below the preset MORE TRACKING options provided, you will find more options including a place to create your own. You can then click the EDIT GOALS to remove any of those that do not fit.

I'm not sure where you're looking but I am finding a much longer list such as no evening snacking, no eating in front of tv-computer, eat a healthy breakfast, no soda etc. I found those by clicking on set a new goal (or something like that) on the right side of my start page.

There seem to be only 4 choices. I don't understand. None of the 4 seem relevant to me.
I have no trouble getting 8 hours of sleep, I swim not walk, etc.
Self-talk: Often through the day say "Stop eating; I can have more later."
GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? Low carb plan with lots of veggies and water aerobics at least 3X week.
