Thanks! I will look into it :) I eat 80% fish, and a little chicken and tofu, no other meat. I'm still eating my green veggies and plan on putting whole grains back in to my meals in about 2 weeks :). Thank you again for the suggestion - I hadn't really thought about the animal protein aspect-I was just so tired of being overweight that I just decided I had to do something drastic to jump start myself :)

Congrats on your loss. But please ask yourself what is happening in your body with all the animal protein. Will it contribute to your overall health? Search Google on the negatives of this diet. You will do yourself a big favor.
Doing low carb plan-I stared on January 8th and am down 7 lbs :) i didn't do so great today-I think it's a hormonal issue and I just wanted to eat anything I could get my hands on-so I over indulged in 3 Atkins bars today and went over by 14 carbs but I'm getting back on track tomorrow. Just wanted to share :). Have a great night everyone!!
