Hi anyone out there that starred with 10 pounds/4.5 kg to lose. The first 3 days on attack I lost 3 pounds last 2 days nothing! So I switched to cruise as directed. I have additional 8 pounds to lose.. Would like advice from anyone like me with last stubborn 10 or so pounds to lose with similar body type as I have just for comparison... The last 2 days really frustrating!!! Last night I made the Dukan chocolate fiber muffins from package they taste very chocolate but not at all sweet and like cardboard.. But better than the dreaded pancake of attack phase!
