As a member of the 40s club, I've found that yoga is really great for getting some of the upper body pain (back, neck, shoulders) taken care of.

Good luck with your exercise program. Hopefully, it will help with the BP problem. Isn't it a pain when you enter your forties? My metabolism used to be so good! Now I have aches and pains without even exercising!! Have a great weekend and keep the streak alive!!

This is really something. I have been exercising for 4 days straight. For most of my 44 years I have all ways exercised,and have always been in good health.But with lower back pain appearing in my life 5 years ago i stopped that was the mistake of a life time. I gained too many pounds and caused health problems. So I am back and here to stay. Thanks SparkPeople
