I so excited, I have been dieting for almost five weeks and have lost 16lbs. I have tried so many different diets and nothing has worked, I have to say thanks Sparkpeople.

I am being very strict, disciplined to making this work.

Love the smoothies for breakfast- quick to make and easy to drink when on the run.
