The Plan?? what plan?? Constipation is usually a result of not enough fluid, fiber (fruits, veggies, whole grains, beans), and/or fat. Are you getting at least 20 grams of fiber daily? Are you eating within your SP fat range??

I'm on week 4 and I had the same issue through week two. Week three was like relief week! I think the fat finally started to burn and it just decided to start. If I eat a lot of carbs (which at the moment I'm having a hard time eating) I will get constipated... I know this probably wont help but It will get better :)

I have had that issue before. I kept switching my foods up and found that if I make sure to have a pinch of flax in my 2 shakes, Then also have a little chia seeds (1 teaspoon) a couple times during the week, and a grapefruit a day seems to help.

Hello all, I am on Day 7 of The Plan and though I am loving the results, I think the weigh in accuracy in the morning is being compromised by my ...uh... issue of constipation. Yes -- I am drinking lots of water ( 3L minimum daily),I have dried prunes/blueberries and currant in my flax granola, I am taking probiotics and MSM daily, eating a lot of greens on this diet ( naturally) ....but I seriously only go every 2 -3 days. Is it time for the senna lax. tea?? Help! : //
