Remember that the VIRGIN Olive Oil is best for having cold - on salads, etc.

I mostly use Rice Bran Oil because it has a lot of health benefits also, but unlike Olive Oil, has a high smoking point which means if you want to use it for high temperatures it is better to use. Avocado Oil is another good oil with a high smoking point, and that is also good on cold salads, etc. You don't have to pay high prices for the oil, so look around for one that suits your pocket. Below is a link that tells you the difference between Extra Virgin, Virgin, etc.

You don't need to try special brands or types. Just buy a small bottle of virgin and try it.

So, I've been reading about olive oil and all it's good benefits and I want to try it. The problem is there's so many brands and types in the store from: extra virgin, extra light, pure, ect. and I'm on a budget so I can't go buy one of each to try them out. I was hoping you guys could give me some good feedback on some brands and types you've tried or use. I would really appreciate it. Thanks so much for your time and info. =)
