I am not sure I never thought of that. I just assumed that one bowl of soup and one bowl of salad was a serving.

You could send an email to the olive garden. I am sure they would tell you

This is something I learned from my Weight Watcher days, which I still practice. Soup would be 1 to 1 1/2 cups per serving. Salad would be endless but you have to count that dressing and any added protein, such as cheese, bacon, chicken, eggs, etc. Count those by one tablespoon per serving.

I think I would measure out 6-8oz myself.

Does anyone know how many servings are in Olive Garden salads to go and the chicken & gnocci soup? Before I had lunch, I researched the menu and chose what I thought was a pretty good balance of nutrition, calories, protein, etc. Now I am questioning how many servings are actually in a bowl of soup & salad to go.
