Hello there! I have been a member of SP in the past and recently decided to rejoin to push myself to lose the weight I've regained. My name's Jill, I'm 23 and I hail from Canada :)
I have about 55 pounds to lose having gained it during my years in college and am determined to push myself hard this time! My plan is to keep my calories down (Having done quite a bit of indulging recently) to 1500 a day and performing www.dailyhiit.com workouts in addition to yoga 3-4 times weekly.
