Oh dear! Yes I'm sure you're not the first to have made that mistake! Glad you have finally found the root cause of your frustration!

Out of curiosity, how much higher is the calorie range for a male of the same weight, activity and goal?

Goal 1 - break 200 (46 pounds lost)**DONE**
Goal 2 - leave obesity behind (BMI 29.9, at 185#) **DONE**
Goal 3 - BMI = Normal (154# or less)

The thing that stinks is that it has been this way since last October ...that is 6 months of struggle because I clicked the wrong thing :-( Though on a postitve note I feel a new sense of hope that finally I will reach my gaol. For a while a there I felt like I was destined to hold onto to the rest of this weight ....maybe all along I wasn't eating the right amount of calories.....

That's too funny. But also nice of you to mention. I bet you aren't the first to have done that and won't be the last!

Hope it works better for you now!
