You can see it as wiping out the exercise with junk food or you can see it as compensating for the junk food with 2 hours of exercise! It's OK to have an "off" day, everyone does. Just climb back on that horse!

everyday is a new day, have more good days then bad and you'll do alright!

Almost doubled my suggested calorie intake. I did 2 hours at the gym (Zumba and cardio/barbell). But really wiped out those classes with junk food. Okay! Today is a new day. I'm on track. Going for a walk once it warms up just a couple of more degrees. 4 miles. I'm back on track!
P.S. Feel sssooo much better just admitting here what happened - and committing to a new day. Thanks for listening to my rambling! :)
