I understand completely. At first it all seems so overwhelmingly complicated! But, as you've found, it works and it is manageable. You'll get quicker as you work with it. Congratulations on your success so far! That's great...and seeing that loss you too know it's working! That's quite a motivator!

Although I signed on to Sparkpeople in January of this year...I didn't actually begin menu planning and navigating the site until April 2nd. I just thought it was too much work the first day on here, and I'll be honest...I wasn't ready to do the work (physically or mentally). However since last week I have logged in everyday, made a menu plan, printed it out and stuck to it. In eight days I have lost 5 lbs. Everyday I find a new tool or shortcut on here and am learning so much. I love my new found motivation!!!
