Although I signed on to Sparkpeople in January of this year...I didn't actually begin menu planning and navigating the site until April 2nd. I just thought it was too much work the first day on here, and I'll be honest...I wasn't ready to do the work (physically or mentally). However since last week I have logged in everyday, made a menu plan, printed it out and stuck to it. In eight days I have lost 5 lbs. Everyday I find a new tool or shortcut on here and am learning so much. I love my new found motivation!!!
