Successes for the week -
I'm up slightly at this week's weigh in, but will blame that on TOM as I typically gain some then, and then lose it after.
Did well continuing with new ST routine and working other workouts around muscle soreness.
Did well drinking my water & refueling after workouts.
Had a good trail run on Tuesday!
