I've been fighting a cold all week and the cold started winning. Hoping it doesn't last much longer! Weighed in within half a pound of goal this a.m., so I'll add that to my successes for the week. :)

10/3 - 10/5 - MIA on the board....The last few days have been too busy, but I kept everything under control. I have no idea what my calories were, but I know they were not too, too high.

1. Calories - ??
2. Glasses of Water - 8, 8, 7
3. Exercise - 10/3 - none, 10/4 45 min mtn walk, 10/5 60 min boot camp/circuit class
4. Motivation - To wear my jeans without a muffin top when weather is cooler
5. Delight - How nice everyone was at the store today...small, but important

Successes for the week: lots of salads, getting back in the habit, did really well at circuit/boot camp class today. I was feeling more like my fit self as I was working out today. Cravings for 'bad' foods going away.

So glad I found this challenge - I'll work on being consistent even when life gets crazy.

Successes for the week -
I'm up slightly at this week's weigh in, but will blame that on TOM as I typically gain some then, and then lose it after.
Did well continuing with new ST routine and working other workouts around muscle soreness.
Did well drinking my water & refueling after workouts.
Had a good trail run on Tuesday!

It's Friday! Share your successes for the week!

Mine included finally do some sort of exercise (ST a couple of times, and a 15-minute walk); eating more dark leafy greens this week; limiting the sugary treats this week.

I started this challenge last month and then quit tracking mid month...
I think this month should be much more stable (less travel!) and I need some accountability!
I've also started training for a 5k at the end of the month :)
I bounced up a few pounds last month, so setting a big goal for October. Hoping to get into the 160s by nov1.

I'd love to join this challenge! I've doing okay since I've joined SP but I need the accountability, especially this month since I'll be out of my route for a few days when friends visit mid-month.

Hi there, I would love to join. I have been under so much stress (selling our house) that my Sept challenge fell short of my goal. I could REALLLLY use the support over the next stressful month.
