Really liking the 28 Day Bootcamp! It is challenging allright, but do-able! I brought out the old Magic Bullet and protein powder and have a wild blueberry smoothie right after and it is a great treat! (1 cup water, one scoop choc protein powder and 1 cup frozen wild blueberried and a few drops of Stevia) A friend of mine just joined Herbal Magic (here in Canada) and I asked her to tell me the vitamins they put you on because I know they are supposed to help! I just refuse to pay $1000 for walking through their doors and them telling me I can't eat pickles...sodium shmodium!
Anyhow...hope everybody has a great day! Keep being the loser you want to be!

I'm not saying I don't think you can lose the weight. I'm just saying the goal of 10-15 lbs in the next 38 days may be much. If you're talking about being healthy and exercising versus crash dieting, more than 10 lbs in 5 weeks is unhealthy.

I am thinking that I can lose 10 lbs in a month...being healthy and exercising. I am very heavy for me right now and I really think I will lose at least 5 lbs in just trapped water, I have faith in this 28 Day Bootcamp. The 10min videos have almost killed me, but I really enjoy being able to hit the completed button! The trick for me is not to eat too little...I can get a little crazy sometimes and ration too little and then mess things up! I am logging everything and going to do this right! Gonna load up on fresh veggies and lean proteins and avoid them dang potatoes and bread! A Moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips with those devils. I HAVE to do this for me...now and after the wedding...I have let myself go for too long. I am 5'5' and 175 lbs...I feel healthy at 140 lbs but would settle for 145 even...gonna be a long road!

1-2 lbs/week is what is considered healthy, so ultimately dropping 10-15 lbs in a month is probably not the best idea. With only a month less, I'd focus on toning versus weight loss. You might lose about 5 lbs, but I think it's too late.

OMG...how am I gonna lose 50 lbs in a month? LOL Just kidding. But I would like to lose at least 10 or 15 and will work hard to do it. Signed up for the 28 day bootcamp and not sure if I will be able to walk tomorrow or not. Should have started this sooner but only planned the wedding 3 weeks ago. Any tips on accelerating weight lose. I was thinking stapling my mouth shut or having a tapeworm put in my gut...Kidding again, but damn!
