You have done it once before and you CAN do it again. It just takes focus, discipline and a true mindset/goal that you CAN get it done. Good for you on making the right decision. I am proud.

Thank you for this post. I too have gained about 10 pounds since I lost over 60 in 2010. I am now focused on getting back to my ideal weight. Thanks for reminding me that although life happens, I or we must remain focused.

Kevin

emoticon Hi, Funny Bunny!

emoticon to Sparkpeople. In 1991, I lost 160#. A terminally ill husband and 26 months in the hospital with him found 100 of them. I came to SP to bury that 100# for good! I am 90 down since the end of July 2012.

You caught it early and SP will help get you back to top fitness. Make your Sparkpage so that you can celebrate your successes!

Jaynee-Pacific Time Goal reached with 130# loss, 138# total loss

Exercise, eat, track, repeat!!

Hi, I'm new to SparkPeople. Obese again. Several years ago, I made a decision to be a better owner to my body. I lost 150 pounds. It was great. I was finally healthy, but things got stressful at work and a sedentary lifestyle came upon me. I lost control of my eating habits and reintroduced pizza into my life. Here I am, 50 pounds heavier. It's time to nip in the bud. So today I take back control of my life and this makes me happy. To be honest, I'm actually a bit excited. I loved to exercise and look forward to that good body feeling again.
Healthy lifestyle, here I come; I've really missed you :)
