Same thing happened to me, but now either night before or early in the morning I enter all my planned snacks & meals & then make adjustments BEFORE I overindulge on extra calories or fats or carbs. That has made an incredible difference!

I decided to view my Spark Report for the past couple of months. WOW was that telling! I did great in January, but by March (now), I seem to be eating too many cals again. I'm back on track now and realizing, from reading over the types of meals I ate in Jan vs now, exactly what my meals need to look like.
I'm going to start with the list of healthy bfasts I compiled and go back to eating that way, and then I will examine the lunches that were helping me and do those, etc. I can DO this. It's just a matter of DOING it. My goal is to reach 185 by April 6. I am hoping I can do it cause I really started slacking toward the end of Feb!
