I started Spark People quite a while ago. But only really committed to it the first of this year. It really is a one day at a time adventure.
I have found the site, and the "friends" supportive and encouarging - really a very helpful tool

I am 100% in agreement with you - I have been Sparking for a year and a half and find the support and encouragement is key to continuing my efforts. Long term healthy lifestyle change is my real goal, not dieting. It is an excellent place for learning and growth. Glad you're here! Spark ON!

Started Sparkpeople on January 1, 2013. Been learning a lot and taking it one step at a time. I enjoy reading all the articles and the comments from Spark Friends. Sparkpeople is the best web site to learn and grow together :)
