Hi, Dianna here. Well lets see I am 47 yo female, I had gastric bypass surgery in Oct 2007 started at 253 got down to 135 and looked like i was on my way out. So I gained some weight back and now i need to lose about 30 to 40lbs. Food still bother me so eating a set amount of calories is a challenge...My main goal is to EAT HEALTHIER and let the numbers on the scale fall where they do. I feel 100% better since the surgery...anyone with suggestions please feel free to contact me...Lets Get Healthy
