I measured 95% of my meals and didn't miss a workout...I lost 9 pounds this week!

I have learned from the past that weekly loses are not always this big, I see"1 pound lost" most often followed by 2-3 gained.

Feels magical or something unreal... in. sane.

Also celebrating 151 workouts since May 20th of last year!
