WOW!. I have been living better, eating healthier and going to the gym 5 days a week since January 7th. Guess what? It really IS paying off. When I went to my doctor on 2/7/12, I was down 17 lbs (281 to 264). He said that it was probably water weight, and I should be prepared to lose between 4-8 lbs per month. Well that was ok with me, but I continued to follow my calorie range and go to the gym 5 days per week. Today, I tried on a size 22 pants, I used to wear size 24, and they were too big!!! I tried on a size 20, and they are comfortable. I can hardly believe it. Now, I can't wait for each month to pass in order to see how I've changed (I've given myself 1 year to shed 100 lbs).
