I would say 0 servings. I was in the doctors office with my mother. And he said she needed to lose the fruit juice. Even the 100% fruit juice and eat fruit instead.

I agree, this does not count as fruit.

If these are indeed the ingredients I would count it as zero. (I might even count it as -1 lol.) This is basically water with high fructose corn syrup in it.

OCEAN SPRAY, CRAN GRAPE JUICE COCKTAIL
INGREDIENTS: Filtered Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Apple Juice Concentrate, Cranberry Juice, Cranberry Juice Concentrate, Raspberry Juice Concentrate, Grape Juice Concentrate, Fumaric Acid, Natural Flavors, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

Generally, one cup of 100% juice counts as a serving of fruit. You may want to make sure any beverage containing cranberry juice is 100% juice. Often times, cranberry beverages are "cocktail" drinks, which are loaded with added sugar. And, for the record, eating whole fruit is better than drinking juice.
