Hi Janice, and welcome to SparkPeople. If you are trying to track something like that, do a search for it. If the exact muffin doesn't show up, pick the closest match from the muffins that are there. In the future, try to find foods that have a nutritional breakdown on their labels - or at least for a couple of weeks, so you can start to see how much you are eating, and what the nutritional value really is.

My name is Janice and I just started the program yesterday. I'm not sure about signing up for Spark Coach yet. Not sure how this forum works and if I can ask a question. How do you track something that is not from a container with nutrition information (i.e., calories, etc.)? Example: had a large chocolate chip muffin today from grocery store.
