Looooots of protein and complex carbs! I can't say much more than that, but there are alot of high-protein recipes on my blog. Hope you can get some good advice!

You know you can do it, because in the end, you are the one who determines your weight. That said, I'm here for support if you want it. ^^

Hi folks, my first post so please play nice :).
I joined SP to get recipe info. I'm committed to running my first marathon in July and have just started the training programme. Any suggestions for daily menus would be great! Thanks everso.
