If you carry health insurance, I would start with your customer number on the back. They can help you locate one that would be reputable and able to provide a fair and accurate service.

If you don't have insurance, call a local hospital. Some have free classes or people on hand who can assist you.

Does anyone know of a good nutritionist in Cincinnati, someone that will truly work with your food diary and help up figure out the problems
