KENZIE, you don't have to. I didn't until after I hit goal weight. Once I hit goal weight I set another goal of hitting certain other nutritional requirements, so I added in another section in my tracker for the vitamins I take. I also added the vitamins I was interested in tracking so they show up on the daily report.

Ok are we supposed to be logging our vitamins? I have never done that.
