Regarding the water tracker - I don't see that there was any technical reason to move it. It's an item MANY people use throughout the day. Having to scroll down to it takes a small amount of time but it adds up. Having to scroll unnecessarily contributes to repetitive motion discomfort.
I'd really like to see Spark think through some of these seemingly random changes and allow members a vote after a few weeks. Better yet, ask us before hand what changes we would welcome.

Well, it's now a month later. I was looking for threads on this particular problem and landed here. I too do not want to track my sleep and would like to remove it as a goal from both my Start page and Other Goals page, but Spark keeps adding it back after I remove it. (Actually, after I remove it from one page, it seems like it adds it back to the other. I can't succeed in removing it from both pages.)
I guess they are still working on it. I will keep checking back.
I contacted the tech again this morning because the goal that the tech removed from my Start Page reappeared. I got a response pretty quickly. There is some type of glitch that they are working on. Hope this helps.
I finally found my fruit/Veggi tracker on my start page. I moved the slider & it did not track until I clicked on it & a check appeared. Then it did! THANKS!

Hi Elsie - the same thing happened to me when I tried to remove a goal. It kept re-apearing. It was on both my start page and my "other goals" page, and it was a goal that SP added; I didn't. When nothing worked after many attempts, I contacted tech help and one of the techies removed it. In the response to me, it was suggested that I clean my cache and cookies. Well, I do that a couple of times a day, every day. I wrote back that I'd like to be able to remove/edit a goal myself. I'm waiting to hear back. The only thing I can think of is that it is an issue that the tech people are working on. So, my suggestion to you is to contact tech help and explain the issue. Good luck.
I don't mind the new tracker ,actually I like it, but since wateris on the bottom of the page ,can we get the fruit tracker back too even if you have to put it on the bottom .And please fix the color this light blue does NOT work for me. Thanks

I do understand that SP is always trying to enhance the site, so I really do appreciate the efforts. For example, a new nutrition tracker was added a few years back and it was a fantastic update to the previous tracker.
But one of the things that I wish could be fixed is the "Other Goals" tracker items. SP automatically added goals to my "Other Goals" page, including "Get 8 hours of sleep each night". Every day I delete this as I do not need to track it. It disappears for the day but reappears the next day. Now that's a bug that needs to be fixed. Today I also deleted it from my start page, I'm hoping that removing the goal from both places will work and have the goal completely removed.

Hi SparkPeople -- please bring back the fruit/veggie fast tracker to the "My Nutrition Page"!! To echo sentiments below, I agree that it's important to adapt to the various changes. I'd love it if the water tracker went back up to the top of the page, but I get it -- "que sera, sera". Just don't take away something as great as the fruit/veggie tracker! (Yes, I know it's on the "More Tracking" page, but doesn't it make sense to have it with food tracking???
You still have that option, but it is now a red circle with an x in it next to each food item in your Nutrition Tracker.

Actually, I think it is absolutely awful that the "remove food" icons were eliminated.
Why were these removed?
Now if you want to remove a food you have to click on the "remove multiple foods" button at the bottom, then click on the box next to the item you want to remove, then click remove. Wow, talk about making something more complicated instead of simpler. I never used the "remove multiple foods" button before but now that will be my only option.

Thank you Coach. I really do hope it can be switched back or at least made better.

Thanks for posting this Gemladyone. I don't like this change. More importantly, it was not a necessary one. There was nothing wrong with the old tracker; as a matter of fact, I very much liked it. It was concise and easy to read. I understand that SP is always trying to make the site better, but with limited resources I hope that changes are made to areas that actually need to be fixed.

Between breakfast and lunch today I noticed the nutrition tracker page has changed.....was this planned?
The water tracker is now on the bottom and the look is very different (more difficult to differentiate between the windows, etc.).
The remove food icon has changed and moved....
Is there some notification to site users planned?
(Last week the quick links bar at the bottom suddenly disappeared, so it seems changes are phasing in.....it might be better to announce them instead of just surprising us).
