Maybe this is talked about somewhere but I haven't found it yet... I was messing around with my calorie range & now I don't know what my range "should be". Is there a way to get your range back to corresponding with your weight loss goal? I would rather not wipe out any of my progress if I can help it! I really need to know where I should be targeting especially since I have changed my workout routine around & I still have 20ish lbs to go! Any help would be great!!
