Roll your mouse over "My Trackers" in the top left corner of the screen. Click on "My Nutrition," which is the second link down. You'll now see your Nutrition Tracker page. Roll your mouse over "Tracker Options" (just below the date on your Nutrition Tracker). Click on "Change diet settings." Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find "meal plan settings". Make any necessary changes and then and click "Save Your Changes" at the bottom of the page.
