1. Calories - Not done - but over my planned at this point in the day due to a bagel craving.
2. Water - 4 glasses so far- need to step it up!
3. Exercise - 25 mins so far - will do more later
4. Motivation - Want to conquer my recent unending appetite and start fully food tracking again by end of month. Can not keep letting myself up, instead of down.
5. Delight - Got to give my student intern a great performance review and raise today - his humble appreciation was inspiring! So often people just assume they are worth so much more and don't appreciate it - it was awesome to see his true apprecation!
