I've been on SparkPeople for one week. Already I have dropped almost two and a half pounds, AND I'm noticing such a huge difference in my body... not to mention in my stress, productivity and sleep! To make it even better, I've actually stayed inside my recommended calorie limits as well as my fat and carb limits (didn't quite have enough for proteins, but that's what happens when the cafeteria serves nothing but carbs)! I could seriously not be having a better "Woo Hoo" moment!
