I noticed today that my jaw is far more defined that I thought it was... and my sides are trimmer, too...

Apparently, umpiring 50 games in 31 days will help you lose fat and gain muscle!

I've lost only 5 pounds, but off only 5 measurements, I've lost 6" in a little less than a week (between the first measurements and today's)...

I'm stoked!
