I was afraid to get on the scale this morning but when I did I realized my efforts were paying off - lost 2 pounds in 4 days.

Congrats on your weight loss! Agreed, it takes so long. BUT, the time is going to pass anyway, we might as well be better at the end of it!

So I'm down 11.2 lbs. for the month of January, and another 2oz. this morning. It's exciting and great for my confidence to see the loss, but it seems soooo slow. I have quite a ways to go to reach my goal- but for just a few weeks of work I have to say... Not too Bad! I hope February finds you happy and healthy. Keep up the good work!
