Start small. Small changes are the best. And they are low pressure. Which is better :) You are doing just great...

I was trying to do a challenge to eat more veggies and fruits. I just can not eat that much. I have been watching what I've been eating so going to try it that way. Would just like to be able to have a place to have support. I feel I have support on this site. I have lost weight it just does not show on my tracker because I gained weight and I guess I did not change it on the site. I was up to 220lbs. down to 215.6. I think when I need to eat a certain way that is what screws me up.
