I'm back again. This time with a little humility and willingness to take the suggestions offered by you folks in SP. Willingness to listen and do the work has become a bigger part of where I want to be headed in all things, including getting physically healthy. One of the suggestions I was sure would not work for me was participating in the community. Well, the results show I was wrong.

HI, I am relearning how to use this sight. I started my sparks people sight about a 1 or 2 ago...I can't really remember...but I am back on and ready to get serious about loosing this weight...AGAIN...and keeping it off this time. emoticon
