Hey! I'm 26, and I also just recently got back on this site! A foot injury is very annoying indeed, but if you look under the fitness links there are videos for chair workouts and other exercises that can be done while your foot heels. Also, the most important thing I've learned is that weight-loss is like 75% nutrition, so using your food tracker and staying in the recommended calorie range is honestly the best thing you can do, in my opinion.

Best of luck on this site!

Hi! Don't forget there are lots of exercises you can do off your feet, case you need more recovery time. Lying leg lifts, donkey kicks, planks, lots of different moves for abs and legs and of course arms. Good luck!

Hey there! My name is Holly... I am 25 and ready to lose this weight. I have lost 2 pounds in the past two weeks and thought about giving SparkPeople a try again. I had joined back in January but due to foot problems I was sidelined from any exercise and thus gave up on the dieting altogether. I am recently recovering from surgery I had on my foot at the end of March. I am ready to slowly get back in to the eating healthy and exercising lifestyle! I have to admit I actually missed it!! Anyways, I will be going back to work next week from having 6 weeks off.

I am open to any suggestions on the best exercises to do after a surgery or for someone who is trying to get back in to it all. Any food ideas, recipes I am open to it all!! I have walking DVD's and an elliptical at home, anything you would like to add would be great!

I am ready for this next journey and ready to get FIT!!!
