I started on Spark ages ago, then was given a membership to Weight Watchers, and quit Spark. Going through my bookmarks this week, I noticed SparkPeople on there, clicked on it, and decided I can do both WW and Spark.
Daily reminder: count my blessings, state my affirmations, walk with Jesus, think positive thoughts, help others,and spoil my grandkids.
I signed up ages ago (don't even remember how long ago) but I am back to try it again!! I started my new eating plan on Saturday Feb 16. I love the first week - always a good number - so far down 4 lbs!! Hopefully I will stay motivated - have 58 more lbs to go!!!
