Everyone is different. Not everyone will automatically lose weight every week. You are giving yourself more than enough time to lose 25lb by Aug. You aren't on a diet, you are changing how you eat and becoming more active. Serious people get serious results.....

Don't forget that the body has a tendency to hold onto water when you first start an exercise program so you might just be retaining some water. This might sound surprising but the best way to beat this problem is to actually drink more water.

Oligio, it's great that you have made the decision to drop some weight! That said, you need to give it more than a week. Everyone loses weight differently. It may be that your body is adjusting to your new habits, especially if you're exercising for the first time in a long time, so the weight loss might not be immediate.
When I hit plateaus, I try to remember that changing my lifestyle isn't just about numbers on a scale. Try to think about all the positive changes you have made toward a healthier you. Do you have a bit more pep in your step now that you are exercising? Does your digestive system feel better now that your aren't pumping so much unhealthy food into it? There are so many other benefits to a healthier lifestyle than weight loss.
Also, this is an oldie but a goodie: You didn't put the weight on overnight, so it's not going to come off overnight. :D
I realize it's frustrating when you make all these positive changes and the results don't immediately follow. Try to remember that this is a lifestyle change, not a diet, and focus on all the healthy choices you are making. :)

I have met my goals all week, exercised and still did not lose any weight the first week. Frustrated, want to lose 25 pounds by August.
