Sometimes life doesn't go as we want it, but keep a POSITIVE ATTITUDE. Eating sugar causes us to have cravings for more. I have learned a lot watching the videos on YouTube by Richard Johnson MD on "The Sugar Fix" and to William Davis MD on "Wheat Belly."

I am so mad at myself!!! This is really a stressful and busy time at work and I am letting it affect my diet and emotions. I have gave in to stressful and emotional eating the last two days and gained a half a pound last week instead of losing anything at all!!!
