Good job, Danny! Keep at it. It is very hard not to give up some times, especially when one does not see immediate results. I still have 20 more pounds to lose and it might as well be 100. I know that it will come off, ever so slowly, but the plus side of this is that I feel so much better, and the Sparkpeople nutrition page makes it soooo much easier to keep track of everything. Wish I had known about this years ago!

I am almost at my goal weight only 3 more pounds to lose. I still have issues in the evening with not snacking. I am not giving up, going to lose those 3 last pounds. I know for me the exercise is a hard part to stick to once I lose the weight then my brain says ok you can stop you have arrived. But I know I must stay with the exercise as not to gain the weight back. Through my support group I know it is a way of life not just a short journey. Every day I must stick to the healthy diet and exercise program to keep the weight loss that I have worked so hard to get. Not that I don't have a treat here or there for a birthday party etc. but I am not giving up and this now is my way of life. Water, Tracking food, exercise, and feeling so much better!
